Would have to be the worst customer service I've experienced.This is the second time I've contacted them.The bloke on the phone promises to ring back but never does.Every time I've rung them they make excuses.Whoever answers the phone clearly does not care about the business.Pathetic way to run a business.

went in for 2 replacement tyres due to an upcoming warrant and not only did i receive them but they also changed the tyres while i waited, not many other wreckers do this, top marks.

I am always skeptical of car dealers and worry I am going to be ripped off. After settling an amount for my car these guys added an extra $50 to the payment. It wasn't that much but the gesture made me feel like they cared about me getting a good deal and made me feel better about humans in general. Thank you =)
