Had to get a bedroom door lock done as my tenant was wanting it done. So I went thru a few reviews and was a little apprehensive when I contacted Alert Locksmiths,but Chris was on to it with a quick reply.Sent him a few photographs and he knew exactly was to do.He got the work done in good Nick - happy tenant, I did not have to waste my time and Chris was happy with a prompt payment.Happy world.

I highly recommend this company with a 5-star rating. When we lost our back door key, we reached out to them for assistance. The following day, Kevin, their technician, promptly arrived and made two new keys for us that functioned flawlessly. The team was friendly and provided excellent service without any difficulties or hold-ups. I would gladly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Selling my van before i go back to canada and managed to get my key stuck in my door. Got my cylinder fixed for a great price and with superb service; fast, friendly, clearly a real season pro. Genuinely good people, cheers!
