Auctioned a car from them and it overheated in 5 minutes after I started it. Went to complain and waited 40 minutes to only get a response from the manager “it’s your fault to not check the car before you bought it”. Never going to any turners again.

Understaffed on the day, but once I went through the process of actually selling my car to them it was great serviceIf you go I'n with a top serviced well looked after vechile and are straight up with themits all good.Would deal with them again in the future.

Be cautious if selling to Turners. My impression is that they will lowball you. If you really need to sell I’d recommend Turners Palmerston North over Porirua. And the staff are friendlier (at least one at Porirua seems to have a bit of an attitude going on…)

Haven't bought a car from Turners for many years the last time was when Turners were in Seaview Lower Hutt. You get what you pay for which is better than some car dealerships.

Gotta test drive your cars before buying because mine blew up on the 2nd day of me owning it. Tuners was no help with resolving my problem. Since I was paying it off. I couldn’t sell it. So I got a new car. Runs awesome!. But not I’ve got a 07 Mazda 6 sitting in the garage for 1 year until It’s payed off (got the car 3 years ago)
