Waiting at west city shop for over 10 minutes and no show...just sign back in 5 minutes..yeah right . If I didnt have toddler whom I promised Ice cream to I would be gone...still waiting...no sign...could easily jump over counter and serve myself. Who would care everything exposed to mall. Lucky I am honest.

So I just ordered a smoothie and paid for it and then the server walks towards the white customer and takes her kids orders and serves them first and took their payment afterwards. What a disgrace and poor customer service.

No one was manning the shop during opening hours. The lady was there while I was seated eating my meal from another food vendor, and when I got up to get an ice cream.... She was gone. There was not a sign saying.. be back in 5 or anything, and roughly 15mins later... The lady returns without a word of apology. There were also a couple of other customers who were waiting, but chose to walk off.

1 star for clean store, 1 star for immediate service. Quality and presentation of soft serve in a cup was shocking, advised to show manager, $9.40 i did not pay for. Communication with customer service assistant was challenging. I will not be going to the westcity branch to purchase in the future.

My 12 year old went to get herself an ice-cream while I waited. The lady at the counter told her to wait and she will be back. Good ten minutes of waiting and she did not come back. Understand if she had gone to the toilet or something but does that need to have the customers waiting? How about putting in another staff in there. This is very unplanned and unprofessional.

Loved the experience.Reasonably priced.$6.50 for a single scoop.Hugh range of ice cream, sorbets, and yoghurt varieties.Also sells smoothies, and sundaes, and a few other things.Nice and friendly place.Come experience it yourself.
