Fast communication, willing to answer all questions and take video for out of town buyer. Friendly and welcoming. If I could buy two Harleys I'd get a second one from these guys too. Blair was my salesman, and had everything ready and waiting for me. I can highly recommend.

As always very knowledgeable and fair, they work hard on your bike and am never riding away feeling I didn't get my money worth after and exhaust fitment or a service, they reply and are up front when they are busy and may take longer then expected. I give 5 stares this I never do but they tick ever box of mine so well done.

New shocks and auto tune done today, rode up from Wellington and all done by the time I'd had breakfast at the cafe up the road. Doug came out and talked me through what he had done and how to adjust the new shocks. Well worth the ride up and back to get good customer service.
