Out of three payment machines, two were out of order! The queue to pay was insane. Come on secure parking at least make it easier to pay. Missed the start of my pre booked movie :(

Parked our car here. Within ten minutes, window smashed and half of our luggages were stolen. Not secure at all. Stupid.

Is a negative star an option? it says on the damn sign 9AM to 6PM 0 to 1 hour FREE.I went to get some takeaway, came back 10 minutes later saw a 60 dollar fine. This is absolutely a trap, scam, their phone services is also useless since it just disconnects you when you try to appeal the obvious money grab.

Secure Parking - Balmoral Road Car Park
Like others have said, it's a trap. Large entrance signs stating 9AM to 6PM 0 to 1 hour FREE - however on these signs it does not clearly state that you have to enter your number plate into a machine. I parked after 6pm, The large signs at the entrance are extremely misleading, it's clearly setup to deceive people and make money.

Like others have said, it's a trap. Large entrance signs stating 9AM to 6PM 0 to 1 hour FREE - however on these signs it does not clearly state that you have to enter your number plate into a machine. I parked after 6pm, I went to get some takeaways (car park empty), came back 10 minutes later and had a $60 fine. I couldn't understand the ticket, searched the car park and finally found a sign on the old Warehouse that stated the rules that you must enter your number plate. The large signs at the entrance are extremely misleading, it's clearly setup to deceive people and make money.

Secure Parking - Balmoral Road Car Park
So glad that I found this parking. So convenient and great to know that my car will be safe. There is lots of space to park and its easily accessible. Balmoral is always busy and difficult to find street parking. You end up parking too far away and forget where you've parked. Glad to know theres a large parking area right there. :)

Secure Parking - Balmoral Road Car Park
We parked there only 2 or 3 minutes for checking if the restaurant is open or not but ended up got the $60 fine!! This parking is now turning into a Covid testing center, where you can get your RAT.
