We were booked in to stay with Tahuna Hideaway at Tranquil Heights right before NZ went into the second COVID lockdown. What could have been a very stressful and upsetting situation was rectified quickly with an amazing response from our host Rebecca.We turned up for our stay at an immaculately maintained (and clean) house with comfortable and stylish furniture and most importantly, heating throughout.The views from every room in the house are absolutely stunning. We loved watching the sun set over the lakes and mountains from our kitchen and the lounge area.We had an unforgettable few days in this cozy space and look forward to staying again one day. Thank you Tahuna Hideaway for an incredible experience. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Lovely, cosy home. Views were fabulous and really enjoyed the spa. You definitely need a car but that is a bonus in terms of being able to get away from the busyness of town. The water taxi is pretty handy if you want a few drinks and don't mind the 15 min walk back. Make sure you bring your own towels for the spa as you're only provided one per person.

Had a beautiful stay in the Gold Mine property a couple of weeks back and absolutely loved it! An incredible space and would 10/10 recommend for you next stay in Queenstown!

Our stay was superb because we had a stunning view of Queenstown, the place felt like home, and with complete amenities. There are only few things that needs to be upgraded, stronger heating pumps/heater and more rubbish bags. We would definitely stay again in this place in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay here. Many thanks to Rebecca for great communication and service. The apartment is a 3 story with garage and laundry on first level then up a set of stairs to queen bed, master with king and ensuite with shower and main bathroom with tub. Up another set of stairs to a small third bedroom and kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hobs, self cleaning electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nice set of knives and enough dishes etc. the dishwasher could use upgrading but otherwise all good, bedrooms fitted with nice linen. Shower pressure good. Heated towel racks a nice addition. Wifi was adequate for all of us including the gamers. The location is good but does require a walk to get into qtown restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the walk and the up part was certainly made easier by using the lifts in the Rydges and QT hotels. This was a nice holiday for our 3 generations and I would probably stay again if I required 3 bedrooms snd 2 bath. The price was reasonable and communication was outstanding.

While we unfortunately did not get to stay in our booked accommodation (had to cancel due to border closures), the customer service and overall booking experience with Tahuna Hideaways was wonderful! Rebecca was excellent to deal with and really went above and beyond with communications. Booking direct was a breeze and although it was unfortunate, cancellation was handled promptly and without hassle. We will definitely rebook for our next trip.

We stayed for two nights, it was extremely relaxing and well setup for our young family. Loved the spa at night overlooking the river and mountains. The team did a great job organising everything we needed, including some groceries and some toys for the kids! (Having the Hilton down the road was a bonus too). We rented out the Lakes Edge Oasis Holiday Home for 5 nights and absolutely loved our time there! This home is situated in Kelvin Heights with stunning views from almost every room. The utilities in the lounge and bedrooms were well maintained, nice, new and very clean. The home was always warm and we definitely appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathrooms - perfect for the cold mornings and nights. To top it all off, the one thing we looked forward to everyday was making use of the new spa pool, situated perfectly on the balcony, with breathtaking views of the Kawarau River and the snow capped Remarkables. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay there and I’m sure we definitely will be back.Special thanks to Rebecca from Tahuna for making the booking process as easy as possible, answering all our queries promptly (before and after arriving) and being very flexible with our arrival and departure schedules.

Great place to stay! My friends and I had a good time! It was neat and tidy. One aspect of why our event became memorable was because of this place. This home was stunning and situated well in queenstown. It got great view at the back and front of the home. The rooms were cozy and has this feels like home vibe.Compliments to Rebecca for doing one great job of accommodating request from us.Going the extra mile is a very good service. Thank you very much.
