Moved out of a rented property, gave in the keys on Tuesday and were told that we would receive the form to get our bond back and part of the rent that was paid up front and three days went by without anybody contacting us back, nor received any correspondence regarding bond form. Called office after 4 days, Friday, and apparently everybody has gone home already by 3pm. Not what I am used to at all from a renting agent.
