Don't have much in here! Not anymore worth going from my point of view!

This is outlet store. The price of the products inside is cheaper, sales are very enthusiastic, very perfect shopping experience.

Was ready to purchase an item waved to two defrent staff members, as need assistance and was ignored and no service given with one of them just nodding at us and walked off just to talk to another staff member at the counter. Left store and purchased at another store even though cost more

Awesome experience, our salesperson Jamoore was really helpful and went the extra mile for us! Really happy with the pricing he gave us which was within our budget! Excited to receive our new kitchen appliances!!!

The products are reliable but the salespeople aren't.I bought a soundbar for my TV and I was having trouble with it so I consulted them. The person that sold me the item had no idea how to help me so he called another staff over member for help. He gave me a longwinded explanation so I thought to myself: ok

Staff have good product knowledge. Service was great and they were more than happy to check availability then help load into the car.

Really disappointed with the delivery and customer service. We have ordered some electrical appliances two and half weeks ago and should be delivered today. We had no communication from the shop until 1pm this afternoon when we rang and ask when will the products been delivery. The sales person said the delivery truck is too small to fit the fridge freezer so there won't be any delivery today. We have taken the day off from work to wait for this delivery and now it's just completely waste of our time. I have tried to communicate with the sales person and she couldn't find any solutions so we have to wait until next Monday. Our plan has completely been destroyed and now we have to pay extra to stay longer at our current place. I have placed the order 2 and half weeks ago there is no way telling me the truck can't fit the fridge on the delivery day. Shouldn't this be organised and confirmed before delivery? Who is responsible for this? When I ask which part has gone wrong and the sales person couldn't give me an exact answer just said because it's been too busy. Well I don't think this is a good enough reason to me and it wont compensate my time loss. Will never shop from this store again.

I tried to go onto the website to browse what's there, every time I try it takes me to Google Maps. I know where the store is, I want to see what they are selling, so frustrating. I want to know if they stock what I'm looking for and what price it is. Sue Armstrong

Went in today to look for a washing machine immediately was greeted by Resh, he was fantastic throughout the whole process. Resh showed us washing machines within our price range, detailing each one and had answers to everyone of our questions. My partner and I were very impressed with Resh as his badge said he’s a trainee- I hope this reaches him as he was just great and I can’t recommend his service enough.

Only just started shopping here and to begin with was overly impressed with how much stock they have to look at on their premises and a lot we saw we have not seen in other stores. So many different choices and good quality products and brand names. We purchased a toaster last week and we saved quite a lot on it compared to their competitors. Yesterday we walked in to buy a microwave and walked out with a Sharp fridge/freezer as well as they had a good deal on a combo buy. Staff are lovely and informative & were very patient with us, Nikita, Jarrod and the manager were very helpful overall, so a big thank-you to them. 5 ⭐️ Recently bought a Belling Fridge Freezer & SSUNIL went out of his way to look after us…We have been happy so far with all our purchases we have bought from the Outlet Store & the savings we have received. 5 ⭐️ Overall experience for this store & customer service. We look forward to shopping with them again. Can’t wait to use our purchases & will review on them at a later date.
