Great place for children and adults.There are a lot of choices for children to play on. Will be an amazing place to go in the summer or when the weather is good.

Amazing huge park. Fairy tale inspired play buildings. Flying fox zip line and skate park in the back. Go through the train area to get to a forest with life size moa statues and castle.

Alot to look at, not a lot to do! Alot of room for potential. Could do with a few more features, maybe some in ground tramps, running tunnels, climbing jungle gym type things. The park is iconic and is pretty cool but also pretty boring. A fence around the water play area would be extremely helpful to stop the temptation of little people running through it when it's cold and windy.

It a beautiful park. A Must do thing if you are on a visit to this beautiful city. The train ride and its Flintstones theme makes it a perfect stop over with kids

Great park with plenty for the kids, and places to relax for the adults. Nice walking area up river too

It's a great park with tons of things for the kids to play on safely while they run around. Check out the pirate ship and castle with moat (not filled)! Even has a little railway and ice cream shop.Some of the older stuff could do with sprucing up a bit.

I remember having my photo here as a little girl & now I get to bring my youngest son here for the fun adventure & nursery rhymes of the Park.Public toilets, bbq areas, pirate ship & castle, a fort, a flying fox, many different types of swings & slides, a merry go round, some water splashing fun, and so much more to do here.
