My friend and I went in to buy a washing machine. Were met at the door and asked what we wanted. I chose the machine that suited me best from what the selection and was told that it could take 3 weeks to get it in and they only had a few of the others in stock and I was best to grab what I could get.I told him that I would look elsewhere and he almost ran to get back to the huddle of staff gathered around the counter.Not impressed won't be back!

Exceptionally helpful staff member when I was there asking a squillion questions on Dec 28th. Answered honestly and was delightful. Helped to pick a decent phone for my mum, which she is super stoked with too. Thank you :)

Went to the Hawera branch in search of a particular microwave oven. The staff there are always super friendly and helpful, and we were able to get what we needed and use their price match guarantee, which made a huge difference for us. Very happy, thanks!
