Pam would have to have given me the BEST customer experience i've had YET!! She matched the most incredible colours in Pillow Cases, Euro Cases, and the most amazing feeling Throw .... all to match my Duvet Cover I was buying, so I had to 'have it all'!! Now thats an accomplishment!! Smiley, friendly, bit of laughter .... all equals AMAZING" experience! Thank You!!"

Bed bath and beyond is full of unhelpful staff and garbage products. Do not recommend.When I ordered a product online that wasn’t in stock in store, it took a full week to be dispatched and they would not cancel my order even a day before the courier picked it up as apparently they can’t do anything once an order is confirmed. It didn’t arrive in time for an event I needed it for so had to take it back for a refund minus the shipping cost. What a waste of time!

I love Bed bath and beyond, however I went in there today (saturday 3rd of august) at around 4:30pm and spent maybe 15-20 minutes looking around. No one even acknowledged me. I was looking at buying something in particular and I looked around the store several times but couldnt find what I was after. The store wasn't busy, there was maybe one other customer and I could see that the assistants were not busy, but they didn't bother to help me. Really poor customer service, I went elsewhere. What a disappointing shopping experience ☹

Hi l came in to Bed Bath and Beyond The Palms to today intending to buy a chair. This item was shop soiled. When l asked the assistance replied that it was full price despite a 50 and 60 percent off storewide. The shop assistance turned her back on me and walked away .Wow service sure as come a long way.
