Parnell Trust Programmes for Children

I am very disappointed with the change of ownership the service level have really dropped. When you make request or changes, you don't get a response at all. I understand that there is short staff everywhere, but not getting back to you at all is really unacceptable to your customers, in any industry. I have tried desperately to contact anyone and everyone. I tried calling the community centre with hope to get in touch with someone ( yes i was that desperate) but it falls on deaf ears. At least, someone apologized for it, but when you tell them the situation, they are not really that empathetic. In fact, they are almost irate, and thats a customer trying to tell them they need to talk to someone. I understand that the business could be struggling with cost of staff and short staff but I'm so disappointed as they are also not giving themselves favours - they dont treat their paying customers well. As a customer, you will find you are constantly chasing them, system booking are incorrect in my frustration sometimes i just pay eventhough my son at times didnt attend because it is that frustrating. Can you please treat your paying customers better and actually get back to them? Its really poor when customers call, email and sms and there is no response. Im very sad about this experience and its been ongoing since last year. I wish you can do something about this feedback

I have been sending my daughter to the holiday programmes for the past year. She loves it and is always excited to be part of all the amazing and adventurous activities planned by their knowledgeable staff. I would like to say thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of my daughter.

ZERO SERVICE, CRAZY SYSTEMHonestly, Parnel's trust service is absolutely ZERO.I contacted them many times and also emailed their staff for help with enrolling my kids in the holiday program and no one did help at all. I won't recommend to any parents to put their kids with this organization because the system and service are so slow and they do not respect the parents. Their staff put parents on hold for the whole day and they had a crazy system for enrolment.
