Drivesure Vehicle Testing Cascades - open

I have been a customer at Drivesure Henderson for a couple if years and I definitely rate them very highly. The customer service team are very friendly and helpful and the team in the workshop do a thorough job with the WOF inspections. I recently visited the Botany trading station and thought they were awesome too.

Clean and spacious waiting room with a pretty speedy service.

Didn't even pick up on slits in the sides of my front tyres when they inspected for wof. Wouldn't trust with my vehicle again.

Do not recommend these guys, as I have had my wof sheet given to me with the wrong things that I need to fix and somehow keep adding things to the sheet

Two years in a row with a bad experience at Drivesure first year was over charged for my WOF and service and was given a credit so had to go back again this year but it was worse. My rear licence plate lights were not working so they charged $20 to replace the bulbs therefore I passed the wof and got my service (oil change) for $210 plus $20 for the lamp replacement. I drove home and tested the lights they had replaced as soon as I turned them on one side started smoking so immediately turned them off and investigated and found the wrong lamp had been fitted causing a over heat and melting my light assembly luckily I tested it I normally drive with my lights on all the time and would not of noticed the smoke. The shop replaced the assembly so I had to go back 3 times for the whole process. Very disappointed
