They have a great friendly service and the uniforms are very good quality. They also have great brands for shoes and just about everything for school. Only issue I have is the fact that there is no alternative and the uniforms are expensive.

Best shop I have found to buy shoes for my young children. Good selection with a variety of brands available. I purchased two pairs online in level 3 lockdown and they were delivered very quickly. One pair was not as expected (laces rather than velcro) but the owner was extremley helpful and went out of her way to get these returned.

First time for me getting really bad customer service from the staff. Normally they are very helpful and friendly. Just phoned to find out about a size not available on their website. The lady didn't even take the time to listen to my actual question and said that they were quite busy and that I would have to come to the shop and brushed me off:( The least she could do was to take my number or asked me to phone at a later stage. Very bad experience!

When you leave getting your child's uniform to just a few days before school starts, you can expect a very frantic, busy shop, full of people who have also left their purchases until the last minute. Regardless, I have always received nothing but exceptional customer service from the staff at Janbells. They go above and beyond what is required of them, working public holidays to ensure our children get what they need before school goes back. Thank you ladies, you are all wonderful.

Cannot beat the customer service! Everyone else is sold out of Doc Martens Blaire slides, not only did they have them, but I ordered on Saturday and they were personally delivered on Sunday. now THAT'S how to run a business!
