Purchased a ring from here that was originally 10ct gold, the assistant assured me that it could be remade in white gold for no extra cost (after checking with another staff member), I paid for it up front.Got a call from them later that day, telling me to call them back. I called them back multiple times to no avail, until I finally talked to someone who could tell me what was going on, after much confusion. I was told that the ring could not be made. They asked me to come in the next day and get a refund.The next day I made a trip in especially to get the money back. After much deliberation they say they can't give me my money back either! As no one there was trained in doing a return.Super frustrated, really liked the design of the ring.

Waste of time go to get my rings checked apparently can't do it because I brought in late November 2021 had them checked in August because of covid and living rurally which was absolutely fine with Gisborne Michael hill then due again to check in February like it says on my paper lady tells me I should have atleast done it 3-4 times already sick of dealing with Michael hill regret buying from you guys at all

The staff here were really accommodating and good to talk to. They helped my partner and I pick out the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands. I'm very satisfied with how our day turned out.Thanks guys for being awesome!

Staff here come at you too quickly and are pushy with a sale. They don't understand what you are after and will go on about a care package michael hill offers and trying to push that when I didn't even make a decision on anything. I won't be coming back to this store in a hurry for this reason.

It was a month ago I paid 15 for a quote on my ring sizing and I have had no vonta t back I will coming in for a full refund and my ring back ANSOLUTELY USELESS BUSINESS

Brought an awesome Tungsten ring from Matt the assistant today. Customer service was spot on mate, keep up the good work and I might spot ya at the beach sometime.

Went there with the intention to purchase some earings for my mum this Christmas, but was disappointed when i was waiting for assistance for 15min when a assistant said that i would be with you next. I watched as she served 4 other customers helping them look and try on jewelry before coming to me. Was very disappointed with how she handled the situation. Ended up going to Pascoes.

Made a purchase on the weekend and dealt with Janet. She understood what we wanted and showed us a good range and was friendly & professional. Thanks for the experience we appreciate the service.
