I was having a very difficult time getting from Te Anau to Bluff. The one bus (7:45) that went there the day I needed was fully booked and there wasn't any other options for 4 days. And those buses would only get me as far as Invercargill.I went to a few of the i Centers in town and no one offered me any solutions, they gave me the same information I was finding on-line myself. And when I asked about the possibility of a private transfer one of the centers quoted me a ridiculous amount and the others said that wasn't an option.It was only after talking to a local who directed me to one person who couldn't do it but that person directed me to Khyle. Khyle was quick to respond and happy to help. He drove me all the way to Bluff and not just Invercargill. He's friendly and goes that extra step, he even made sure that I could access my AirBnB and brought my suitcase in, he wanted to make sure I was ok and not stranded. And his pricing is reasonable!!I was astounded that the i Centers did not offer his services to me as an option, for information centers they are missing a very helpful service for tourists.
