Tower Junction Motor Lodge
Over that past 50 years I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and motels, from 2 stars to 5 and this was the absolute best service that i have run into. Within walking distance from the train station it provides all the comforts of home. Phyllis goes out of her way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. She even drove us to the train station for a day trip. The next time we are in Christchurch we won't even think of staying anywhere else.

My experience to this Hotel was really bad. The lady who was managing everything was so rude and unprofessional also she was racist.The wi-fi was very poorThe carpets were very dirtyWhen we were going to ask her anything she was so rude.Overall worst experience.I hope either they can improve their service or people could chose hotel wisely.

Very Disappointing as Rooms were very dirty and not enough shampoo and shower gel in the roomEven TV were not working also there was a broken sofa cum bed.Really very bad experience.

Overnight stay. Room was comfortable, had everything we needed. Able to walk to Speights Alehouse to meet friends for dinner. Very obliging owner who drove us to railway station for Tranzalpine train at no charge.

Bit disappointed at the lighting in main spaceThe carpet was very very dirty!!!!Shower was sufficient if you were a child but older people be aware tiles very slippery, bathroom was clean so that was goodMinders at the time were very helpful and welcomingWe traveled from north island down west coast to deep south and back up east coast and this the lowest experience to date

Tower Junction Motor Lodge was great.We arrived late in the evening and everything was sorted out for us for a late check in. We also very kindly got left to the train station the next morning.The rooms were a decent size and the bed was comfy.I would definitely stay here again.

100% clean, friendly welcome, free tea & milk and convenient kitchen. Great location, central and close to Hadley park. Excellent value. Would absolute chose again and recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The nice lady at reception made us felt very welcome and helped us with lots of tips to go around. Best accommodation on our trip. Will be staying here again if we ever go to Christchurch again.
