Was hoping to get repairs but was told it couldn't be fixed after quick check. Even though he wasn't charging, he took the time to help me find the right replacement. Very friendly, helpful and mainly honest service. Thank you

Very helpful lady at front counter when I took my vacuum cleaner in for repairs this week. She was able to help with the problem on the spot and no charge for her advice or time. Have been taking stuff here for repairs for decades. Always been happy with service.

Wasn't able to fix which is fine but the lady on the counter had awful customer service skills. Super grumpy. Left feeling not going back there again. Asked fie original deposit back which I would have left if she had any pleasantries about her. When I was leaving the next customer walked in and received the same good morning grunt of her.

I've sent them my kenwood mixer. There were never in communiction or updating status. The lady at the counter is very aggressive and lacks the least customer service skills. My mixer had life when I sent it for checkup, but it was completely dead when I collected it. They were not able to fix it. When I collected it, it had awful damages and deep scratches on the body. When I asked about the body damages, the lady at the counter aggressively pushed back and raised her voice with bad attitude.I wonder why a brand like Kenwood keeps this service center, with absolutely useless service.This is the second time I sent the mixer for repair, and obviously the first time round had caused the dead of my appliance.

Went and saw them with the hopes of fixing an appliance they wouldn't normally fix. 5 minutes later it working like new. Awesome service.

After searching online for parts, got Kings Radio to help. They were able to source what I needed and forwarded them to me. Great service and would recommend.

I had an out-of-warranty coffee machine that was leaking internally. Isolated the leaking component, and called the manufacturer. They advised me to contact their service agent, Kings Radio, which i did. Dave provided me with the component i needed at a fantastic price, and it fixed the issue upon installation. Friendly, fast, efficient service here; highly reommended.

Decided to support the local small business instead of buying the part on Trademe. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice but the small replacement part cost almost 4x more than Trademe (exact item), not too sure how you can justify that? I still went with the local business but I won't be going back there again knowing how much you guys are overcharging.....

These guys are great! Gave great over the phone advice initially and then looked after my expensive B&W speaker from start to finish. Thanks heaps for the care and attention given to my product. All is synced and working fine back at home.
