I went to get my nails done here on Friday the 26th , within an hour of leaving the salon I lost 2 nails . I went back and had them replaced then by that night I had lost another , however I was away and could not have them fixed until Monday by then I had lost 5 nails. Had them fixed on Monday . It is now Saturday, not even a week later and have again lost 5 nails. I have been patient and understanding however have been refused a refund as the team have decided I am either picking them off or hitting them against something. I have had my nails done many times in my life and never had an issue with them. Poor service and won’t be returning

10/10 highly recommend Beautique and Brooklyn for a pedicure. Place is very clean, staff are friendly, Brooklyn made me feel totally relaxed and I’m happy with my pedicure. Looking forward to going back!

I absolutely love this place. I've got my nails done here 3 times now and also have had my eyebrows and lashes tinted. They people are genuine, friendly and very skilled. I'm always so happy with the services they provide.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming, friendly and know their stuff . I would highly recommend this beauty salon to others for all your beauty needs. This is a wonderful nail salon with first class service. The women were super friendly and it felt like family. They went out of their way to help me match my nail polish and did a spectacular job!! Absolutely highly recommend this lovely professional salon. The price is right!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place I have been coming here for years. The price is the best in town and the quality of work incredible. The staff is so friendly it's always such a vibe coming here.Also I recently had my daughter's 8th bday here. Her and 5 of her friends had a pamper day. The team went above and beyond to cater and I was allowed to take food and everything.Cannot reccomend Beautique enough!

Ashley is a sweetheart and an amazing masseuse! She was patient and heard me out with my aching shoulder. After a good shoulder massage and focus on the spot, I’m feeling great!! Thank you Ash & Richard. Highly recommend- they are so welcoming. All the best I’ll be back.
