Woi satellite internet

Great experience with Richard Wayne and the team. Nothing was a problem, and when issues arise, they are on the phone immediately to get things sorted.I really liked that I wasn't talking to a remote call centre and a real human was on the line!!Product delivers as promised.

The worst internet provider we have ever had constant dropping out when ever it rains no internet, sunny day but raining in Australia? No internet. Make sure you get a contract sent to you and you read it very carefully as you need to know what your getting yourself into.

We have had endless problems with our connectionIt is slower than my copper network and biggest problem is it does not work well when working from home through remote desktopI keep asking to end our connection and get emails acknowledging my email and request yet no action4 months of problems and more than 8 weeks trying to disconnect.

We first used WOI for our satellite internet, they installed and had us running within a day. Then we moved home and used WOI for it's fibre services. Again, we were connected ahead of schedule and am pleased to say are getting super fast speeds throughout the house.

Installation technician was a very friendly man and did a great job.Being rural with no line of site for any other service, satellite was the only way to go.After 3 days, the service has been great with no problems, great to know there is nz tech support if ever need.Well done Woi

After recently making the decision to get Satellite Internet, I researched several different Providers.Woi had an installation fee and monthly charge on a par with others, but they were the only ones offering an unlimited data plan. The thing that sealed the deal was that Woi we’re recommended to me by another Broadband provider who couldn’t offer the Satellite option I wanted.Paul from Woi was very quick to make contact and give me all the information I needed, and the online sign up was easy.Less than a week later and we are all set up.The installation went without problem, and we now have fast, reliable internet, with great coverage throughout the house.Thank you Woi. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wish I could give 0 stars.Endless issues and internet slower than our corroding copper lines. The only way we could get internet to work was buying an additional Ethernet cord and running it across the ceiling to plug directly into the PlayStation, PLUS a booster router. The install is shocking and the installer drilled through my floor and left the modem under the floor to ceiling window in the centre of the lounge on the carpet, stacked on boxes. This company do not stand by the consumer guarantee act. Simply don’t sign up! I would recommend Starlink, more expensive to set up initially however cheaper monthly - and it works!!
