Called this place mid week early evening to book an appointment to see Dr. for daughters sports injury sustained that same evening. Put through to nurse and was told they were not doing walk ins" and once I explained what was wrong

Would give them zero stars if possible. Advertise as a 24 hour service. Doctor leaves at 9pm. Called in for an appointment as my flu has turned into a secondary infection (8.15pm). Got told call an ambulance, the doctor is leaving early. Receptionist told my husband that's how it goes sometimes". Worse than useless. Will be lodging a complaint with the HDC."

I highly recommend this medical center if it's a last resort for you and want to be eating bread for the next week....I'm just kidding, you won't be able to afford bread.Also they are clueless about diagnosing patients, I went in after having a slight medical issue, they told me what it was and was given a script for medication.Went to my own GP after still struggling with severe pain and they said the diagnosis was wrong put me on different meds, I no longer have pain.All in all I spent $100 on the NP and Meds for a horrible result yet only spent $30 at my own GP.I would highly recommend boycotting this place and seeing your own GP or even the Hospital.

This team were so amazing. My condition was quite serious and they made me laugh and relax. I am from Auckland so going to place I didn’t know was scary but they were overwhelmingly better than any Auckland experience I have had. Amazing nurses- also I was surprised it was all free! THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE!

I received kind and caring care from the doctors and nurses at city medical today when I was feeling rotten. A special thanks to the receptionist who whipped me into an appointment and got the lovely nurse to see me straight away. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten everyone’s names except Dr Jo but you’re all amazing and thank you for your work especially through the pandemic/red light system.

We had to come here because of a serious eye infection on a Saturday. The doctor saw us pretty fast. It was as good as it gets in a situation like this. The fee was about 80 dollars.

Place is a joke! Called earlier and were told to be there by 8.15 to get in to see a doctor, we got there before 8 and the nurse took us in at 8.20 to tell us that we can’t see the doctor but can come back in the morning. Not really good enough. Blame in on covid restrictions all you like but things are going back to normal so your practice needs to adjust with it. For the community’s sake.
