My two experiences visiting Indonesia were ones of robbery and dishonest police in BaliThe present situation is intolerable being that Joko Widodo has made the executions of people a public spectical world wide and in our opinion is more punishment than just a swift execution, over and done with.I suggest that your embassy be closed in New Zealand until your President gets on line with the current world. He has gone too far this time.

The staff,Fernanda, is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The appointment system is easy to follow, however, not enough slot, esp with heaps ppl comes from Auckland, the Embassy should strongly consider opening office in Auckland

Very bad service ; we have applied for my mum a visa to Indonesia and it took them exactly 50 days and at the end they have declined the visa application while we had just one day left till our travel. Another point every time we call to ask about what happen with the visa they say we waiting Jakarta to reply to us and they say don’t worry you will travel on time and they didn’t give us the visa why we don’t know. So I personal don’t recommend it really really bad services

Very INCOMPETENCE!! Tried to ring the embassy many many many times for the last THREE weeks and the voicemail said the number you have called is NOT currently ACTIVE". How come?Got the number from official website! I ham trying to do my child affidavit before he is turning 18 which will be SOON.AND if I can't do it because NOBODY bother to answer the phone
