Everlast Nails

Had the loveliest girl do my nails on Sunday around 5pm at North West. I think she was new to the salon but she was so sweet & lovely to talk too. Would definitely love her to do my pink nails again

Literally the worst nails I’ve ever had done, walked in just after 12pm for a gel pedicure and dip nails, I allowed myself close to two hours for the service, knowing I had a meeting at 2pm.The pedicure was good, no complaints with this.The dip manicure was appalling, left to ‘soak’ existing powder off for an hour with a very cursory file before hand, this was after the pedi (could have been soaking at the same time) she ended up pulling my existing extensions off damaging my own nails. I left around 2:40pm.Other people were also left with half done nails, waiting for available techs but they kept taking new clients in.The new dip has been applied so badly that I’ve had four nails crack within the first 24 hours, there is no apex or strength to the set and I’m going to have to get them replaced within the next week.I’ll go back to my normal tech!

Walk in (not booked) with my tween daughter for manicures as a treat. There was no one at Reception but a manicurist looked up from her client and asked what service we wanted. I said the basic manicure for us ($30 pp). She said they could do it. I asked how long the wait would be as I could see there were no manicurists available. She said very soon. Another manicurist got up from her client and showed us where to sit and then gave us the colour options wheel. After several more minutes, a different manicurist left her client and came over to us to ask which colour. My daughter had picked one but I hadn't as I told the manicurist I would wait to see how long it took for my daughter as we only had so much time. She got my daughter's choice of nail polish out and put it near her on the counter and then went back to her client. After another 10 minutes of waiting I said to my daughter let's come back another time as all the manicurists were still occupied. When I explained to one of the manicurists as we stood up to leave that we would try another time, a different manicurist called out that she could do it now. I was asked to pay in advance. The manicure started at 3.41 pm and was all done and dusted by 3.51 pm which included several distractions where the manicurist got up to deal with other walk ins without courteously explaining she was stepping away. $30 for 10 minutes equates to $180 hourly rate. The manicure itself was okay, but no hand massage or cuticle pushback. It was not the relaxing experience we had hoped for.

My friend and I have been here twice to get lash extensions and both times have had trouble with irritation and soreness around the inners of our eyes. We both asked for a classic/natural look and landed up with volume. For something that costs $70 and cause this much irritation, I’d spend a little more money elsewhere and know I’m getting something I’m actually happy with. Probably won’t be returning.

I went there with my bestie. They were nice enough and we got a simple clear nail polish manicure, it was fine until they applied the they put the nail polish on, the didn't reach the outside of my nails and once they had finished applying the literally just left us and said to wait 5 min. They did do a nice hand massage but overall I think 7/10. Prices were cheaper than other nail salon but I know know why

I went last Thursday 22/12 at North WestThey were busy which I knew they would be seems the time of year it was.They were so disorganized it wasn't funny.I had 3 different nail techs as they kept flitting off to other customers.It took nearly 1 half hours to do my nails.I get powder dipped on my own nails.They dipped my nails into the powder twice,which other times it's at least 4 times.Since then 2 of my nails chipped & the lacquer they put on for the final coat is coming offI paid $65.00 which I feel wasn't worth it.Won't ever go here again,waste of money & time.Very poor service.

Walked in asking for French black tips. Asked about sns and gel. Was advised by one lady that I would need to get acrylics in order to have the black tips. I really didn’t want acrylic and asked about gel again. She said no. After feeling pressured I stupidly agreed to acrylics, being assured that they would make them move and thin and natural looking. Another lovely girl then sat down to do my nails. After sticking on the black tips she asked how long I wanted them. I said quite short. She was very confused as to why I was getting acrylics when I wanted them short. She said gel would have been much cheaper and faster. I’m now stuck with acrylics that do not look natural at all. Very very annoyed and upset.

Lovely lady that did my nails but it was not done properly and already looks like it's had a week to grow out as she didn't get the nail polish low enough to where the nail begins. She was very sweet so this is in no way a personal attack on her as a person, just needs to maybe do abit of work on her placement.
