Hairport

I went to Hairport on last Monday around 3pm and only one staff there and she said she is working here long but I saw her in the first time in Hairport. Normally I’m going to samara but her day off . Every time she was there on Monday now suddenly her day off and new staff on Monday. The new one don't know anything and she spoiled my hair as well. Most of the time she was on phone and chatting with some one. You losing your good reputation like this staff you put alone. I never recommend going there on weekdays to Hairport because they haven't proper staff on those days because all newcomers and part time workers working on weekdays. Horrible experience .Sorry Samara you are the best but not others .

One of the utter worst Barbershops I ever seen in my life! The barber there completely ruined my hair on my last visit and I didn’t go out without a cap due to this!I don’t recommend this shop to anyone who cares about their looks!

Awful, inexperienced, waste of money. I had a blow dry, asking for a volume to be given to my hair, I told them many times not to make it flat, and the Asian lady made my hair straight flat! They didnot event compensate and charged me fully $55. This was my first and will be the last time here.

I went and did my lashes here a few days ago and it was the worst experience. I ended up getting flares and after she was done, she told me that my eyes were too small?? I've never been told that in the past from other places I've been. She didn't even follow my actually lash line and stopped 1cm out from where my lashes end. She also didn't let me dry them and told me I can leave. My eyes were burning for about an hour later. I'm very disappointed and will never be going back here. Strongly advise to no waste your money and time.

Worse experience ever! The Barber used the used blade for my 5year old son. Can’t believe that someone could be that ignorant!just shocked and tense.When i told the lady at reception , she didn’t even apologise and said they aren’t responsible for that and I should have a regular barber . Her customer service deserve less than 1 star.Be careful when u take your children there for haircut !

Very good service overall. Happy with my colour and the basin treatment I received from a Fiji Indian female hairdresser works on Sunday forgot to ask her name. Definitely going back.

I would not recommend this hairdresser they made a mistake with my hair and completely changed the colour my hair was dyed and then refused to correct their mistake without me paying for it. When I asked them to correct their mistake they repeatedly made up things and tried to put the blame on me for their mistake, their excuses were ridiculous. Previously they also cut my hair lobsided and I had to go to another hairdresser to get it cut correctly. One time, at Freedom, the other hairdressers owned by same company at Hunters Corner, after having dye applied my head got very hot and painful. When I told the two hairdressers that my head was sore, they did absolutely nothing. I just had to sit there and suffer in silence. I never went back to Freedom after that. After over 7 years of getting my hair dyed and cut at firstly Freedom and then Hairport I would not recommend these companies because of the unprofessional and offensive way they treated me.
