I come here for fertility bloods all the time. Saturday that just passed the Asian girl working out of room 3 taking my blood tried to deny me saying fertility people can only come before 9am. She kept going on about how my results aren’t going to come in because i arrived at 11.Well guess what they came in an hour later.

Popped in at 2:10pm in a Monday. Done and dusted with my blood samples in 7 minutes. Nurse was very sweet. A++ experience

Usually good but today it was very busy and the people outside have no way of knowing what number is being called there should be a sign or a speaker or something for days like this.

My elderly intellectual Disability client was refused test by senior technician at Manukau labtest, coz she could not recollect year of birth. Even after showing webcare evidence of clients condition she insisted for photo identify. Labtest can relook policy around providing service to intellectual disability citizen.

The lady at the front told me the PCR test time should be fine for the trip. I asked twice if the results can be send to me a day before the flight, she said it is fine they have done this for a lot of people. And here I am with a test results that is 2 hour short from the required validation. In result, it cost me $1200 to reschedule the flight.THANKS A LOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

The 5 stars is given to Staff called Elaine , she was so nice , friendly , professional , kind . We all need more people like her to make this world a better place !The company should reward staff like her for real !!(Again the 5 stars given to the staff , not to the company , the process of getting the blood result is 0 stars ) .

Labtests
The testing lab is fully equipped biggest of all Labtest I have visited so far in Auckland. The facilities are good and most of the blood, X-ray and other tests are done here. Somw of the tests are free for New Zealand citizen and permanent residency which are sponcered by state.
