Horrible service, garbage food.There’s only two people in the drive through but I get to sit for 23 minutes because the person in front of me is having a chat with their friend in the store. Great to have food sitting on the bench beside the open window getting cold for 20 minutes. Worst KFC in NZ for sure, horrible place.

they’ll take your money for delivery orders and then never deliver. Good luck getting in touch with them to ask why as they also won’t answer the phone. Disgusting service

If I could give them 0 stars that will be what I rate them. Horrible food my burger was supposed to be zinger it was something that was swimming in Mayo another burger was missing and chicken under cooked

Very slow service at counter in a very quiet restaurant. Team members unfriendly and the first cold chips I've had inside a kfc before., no napkins either. no wonder they have a 3 star rating. Avoid if you don't want bad service.

Great food due to high turnover, drive through very painful wait times, need to go off peak or go inside. Customer service needs improvement, and you always need to check your order, as they will run out of things and not tell you.

Got the correct items for a change, was disappointed I couldn't switch the potato and gravy for coleslaw. Longer driveway doesn't seem to have improved the speed of service.

After waiting 45 minutes for the staff to take my order, myself and a mother with two hungry children behind left after staff refused to take our orders.This is some of the worst service I have ever come across.The staff were serving the online order's and driver through customers and knowingly completely ignoring the in store customers. I will never return to this store again.

Staff were pathetic!!! Tables disgusting we had to ask 5 times for them to be cleaned. Every request acknowledged then ignored. Staff blatently looked at us when standing at the counter and kept going. Weren't acknowledged despite there being a staff member sitting beside the counter on a computer. Won't be returning!!!!

Quick service...know why...my zinger burger was literally a chicken fillet and buns, nothing else. Gutted, it was bland and just not the same. Also missing a potato and gravy from our order.

By far the worst KFC we have ever had. Service and food both bad. Waited over 5mins to be served 5 workers all there not one acknowledged us. Then some one else took our order as they didn't read out the number just half the order. After they man handled our meal they realized they had the wrong one. Staff didn't apologize nor offer us fresh food. Meal was below bad standard. Bun was like concrete, lettuce old and manky chicken patty not even cooked properly. Popcorn chicken dry and well overcooked. Chips were cold but will say they had a good amount of seasoning for once. Easy to say we won't go back there ever
