Perfect Nails Studio

Went in today Sunday 19th march, went in for an acrylic removal and SNS onto natural nails. Lady I got was very rude made a comment that there was no natural nail to use. Then went on to trying to use another tip extension to flick of my acrylic nails which was hurting like crazy. Asked her to stop and soak the nails off. Huff and tuff later she had them soaking off. Once was removed she then went to cut my nails and ended up cutting my thumb nail very short on the side of the thumb causing it to bleed and sting like crazy. Throughout the appointment asked her to stop filing and doing anything on the thumb nail didn’t listen to my request carried on hurting thought out the appointment. Fast word to the application of the SNS was very rushed and rude throughout the whole appointment. This play is under new owner ship and you could 100% tell they had no idea what they were doing. Will definitely not be going back to this place was such an awful experience.

I didn’t go in with great expectations due to previous reviews and perhaps I got the best manicurist ever. . .Sure, she didn’t talk to me and she answered her phone.. . But maybe she had a very good reason to have her phone with her? I don’t know and that’s why I don’t give them a 5 star rating. But wow! She had that SNS coating off within minutes. No waiting for 10 minutes and then re wrapping and waiting again. No discussion about the shaping, but perfectly done. Maybe I have been choosing the wrong shape all along? My nails look absolutely beautiful. I am so pleased.And next to me was a regular customer. They must be doing something right if they have regular customers. I will go back.

DISGUSTING DO NOT GO HERE.they do not sanitise any products and have no qualifications or education. The managers way of handling and resolving issues is disgusting and unacceptable. They do not care about your nail health they just want your money. Go to home based salons and not mall salons if you want good nails. This establishment did a sloppy job on my sisters nails and wouldn’t own up to it when I confronted them. As a professional nail technician myself I’m appalled to say the least these places need to be shut down.

I was happy with my nails, but the lady who did them was rude and barely spoke to me. I was HIGHLY disappointed when my acrylics started coming off less than a week after i got them done. If i am paying $70+ for nails i would hope that they stayed on for atleast two weeks. Also, i noticed that they did not sanitise the drill bits in between clients which is unhygienic, unsafe and simply NOT okay. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife went in to treat herself to a manicure on a whim but she would never have gone in if she had seen the reviews. Not only was the service awful barely talked to her didn’t communicate what they were doing but her nails looked awful all different lengths colour poorly out on and the next day these supposed gel nails started to peel off. Such a disappointment for a woman who never gets time to treat herself.

Got my nails done here and while the looked great initially they chipped badly and peeled off within 2 days, I went back to have themFixed which was great but those same nails instantly chipped the next day. I was still within 7 days and could go back again but honestly I didn’t have the time to go a 3rd time in one week.But nails have since been in such a horrible rough condition from them sanding my nails back so thin and clipping all the “dead skin” this ends up leaving the skin rough, dry and damaged for weeks. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it was a big let down

Don’t be scared off by the low rating!Went here with my family last minute and they got us in and gave an amazing manicure. I love how my nails turned out, so precise with their design. Would come here again if in the area ☺️

Absolutely disgusted with my nails done today. I requested after they were finished" to please repair as it looks as if it's been growing out a week

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Worst experience of my life!! My nails are so sharp the could do damage, freezing cold pedicure soak, rough, no care whatsoever, wished I had read the reviews for this joint, absolutely atrocious. Would give them a -100 if I could.Also video called her mother while doing my pedicure.
