Have been going to Car Therapy for a few years now for WoFs. I’ve had 2 older low end cars in that time and the guys have always been friendly, leave me feeling like it was legit service with no unnecessary work and always get my WoF on time. Recently they fixed something and managed to get a local 2nd hand part for a reasonable price. I’d say since they’ve been around a while they know who to call and how to get a job done keeping the price in mind for customers. Will continue going there and would recommend! :)

Amazing! Really great guys, super friendly and accomodating. It was obvious that I knew very little about cars, but they didn’t try to swindle me like other mechanics have done in the past. Impeccable customer service and results - would highly recommend.

Car Therapy was recommended to me by a friend when I moved to Wellington 6 years ago, my initial experience was so positive that I have never taken any of my vehicles anywhere else since.Customer service from real and genuine human beings is a very rare commodity these days and Car Therapy is one of the very few businesses where personal service is still a priority. They are friendly, reliable and honest with a focus on safety which gives great comfort to the customer. They are not only my first, but now my only choice in all matters related to mechanical servicing and repairs

They're in CBD & close to my job so very handy having them nearby; I can drive into work, leave my car with them to look at, pick it up at the end of the day & go home. Friendly staff & very accommodating who offer excellent service & sound advice. I've recommended them to a few of my colleagues & recommend them to anyone.

Great service from Car Therapy - would happily recommend/use again! Was having issues with my brake rotors, I emailed in, and received a helpful, detailed response straight away. The work itself was well priced, carried out in timely fashion, and I haven’t had any issues since. The team at the workshop were understanding, friendly, and went the extra mile to give a few pointers that they didn’t have to, but knew would help me a lot. Thank you for making a stressful situation as hassle free as possible.

BEST MECHANICS IN WELLINGTON! Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here - I only had a few minor jobs to be done but I could tell that I was not being taken advantage of. The workers are very trustworthy and do a great job. Pricing is very reasonable and transparent. Will be coming here in the future.

I trust Car Therapy with my cars. They are fast, reliable, efficient and communicate well. They dealt with my old classic car years back as well as today my later model car. The workshop is clean and tidy and easy to access through the hotel car park. The work done is reasonably priced. I recommend their WOF and Service.

Got a service and afterwards received a rundown of all the cumulative issues, along with their current status. Wonderful to have an idea about future repairs. I have never before enjoyed such an informative and transparent service from any mechanic. Easily deserves the high ratings. I will be back!

I have been a customer for over 10 years and can't speak highly enough about Marty and his team. Professional, friendly and bill-cautious, completely opposite of (in my case BMW) dealer. Conveniently located in city parking garage; you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't let these guys look after your car.
