I didn’t top up the electric gate SIM card in time (my mistake I guess, I missed by 2 days) as Vodafone measures a year as 360 days it seems. News to me! They refused to reinstate the number although indicated I could retain it if I went pay as you go at $45 per month. Naturally I declined. So I contacted Geoff Copplestone on Wednesday asking for his help. By that afternoon he’d sorted a new SIM, installed it, and the gate memory retained all programmed numbers. Just had to notify those folks by text of the number change. Great speedy service Geoff. Many thanks.
