Poor customer servicePurchased a couple of soothers one pkt never arrived the others were the wrong design. I was refunded the ones that never came, offered an apology for the wrong ones. I advised I wished to return them for a refund, provided photos of the sealed product as asked now they want some random product code from me before they’ll accept return. I’ve asked several times we’re I find this code they’re asking for. No reply I also have to foot the bill for returning and am only being refunded the cost of the soothers disappointment.

I'm in shock I gave all places 5 stars for support our local business but omg asian lady was so rude and she looks she doesn't like her work and sad face she didn't listen and push me to pay and go . Very disappointed.. my nephew bought every thing for his new baby and all his friends too I'm upsad for this but I was so bad felling after her I hold myself and be nice for bad costumer service

One of the best prices I have found in NZ thus far. Pretty good service most of the time. I do enjoy their loyalty reward, but dislike the fact that you have to spend 50 dollars to redeem the 10 dollar voucher, I have a few from purchasing my carseat, and not sure if I can use them all by their expiry date since I need to spend a few hundred to claim all the reward in one go

Really love the whole set up of the store.. when we went for a browse, the staff were very busy (it was a Sunday) but they were still attentive and told us they’d be with us shortly . I don’t recall the name of one of the younger staff - but she was very helpful. She told us not to purchase one of the bassinets as it was not safe for our daughter who was already trying to sit up .. so for her .. safety was more important than selling a product and looking good amongst her colleagues / employer . For that- I’d like to thank you . She was giving advice regarding sleep consultants, and what else we could try for our daughter who just doesn’t want to sleep haha ! Thanks once again. Will definitely be back

We went in to buy a pram for our granddaughter. It was very busy but on request Karl helped us out with expert advice and gracious manner. Highly recommended.

Went in to purchase a car seat and stroller attachment. Baby stuff can be such a mission to use/set up sometimes.I found the customer service in the store to be amazing! I couldn’t recommend them more, all the staff were really knowledgeable.I had my toddler in tow and the staff member helping me out was so good with him. Nothing was too much trouble he was great!The range available and store is hugeIf you are new parents or just wanting advice before making a big purchase go here.This is now my go to place from now on, it was such an enjoyable experience shopping at Baby Bunting.They also have techs available on certain days to help car seat installation.

Highly recommended Baby hunting store, also I would like to say big thanks to Weiwei. I just a walked in customer, it was my first time to visit baby bunting. Weiwei approached to me immediately and showed me lots of useful products knowledge and also shared with me her own experiences as a mum. Even I didn’t buy anything at that day, but she still provided her best service and gave me lots of advice. So I decided to return to make final purchase after 2 weeks. Absolutely I will come back again for the future purchase and also I will introduce baby bunting store to my friends: nice environment store, friendly staff and reasonable price!

The collection in this store is remarkable. I had visited the store to check on some strollers. There wasn't anyone to help us with the strollers and when there was someone he rushed through showing the Pram. The other lady that were talking to regarding a carrier was amazing. She was very involved in what we had and was justing us things accordingly.
