A disappointing experience. Although I was warned about a short notice cancellation being possible I was contacted by text an hour beforehand. Not so bad but text responses to try and make another appointment took hours to be responded to. Now, a day later to get a text saying Miss McEwan is not taking on new clients is the icing on the cake, for a very bitter-tasting one.

Langley Twigg was the law firm that helped us with the purchase of our new home .I found them very professional and pleasure to deal with in all aspects .Our lawyer there was Graham Healey and he was awesome .So helpful in every way from the home calls latter in the evening to suit our work schedules when he could of been at home instead .He was always pleasant and professional and I would say a credit to his law firm .Thanks Langley Twigg and Graham .Regards the Smith family

Lawyer seemed to forget the whole purpose of our appointment after speaking on the phone to me and I had explained it to the PA also when organising the appointment as to what is was about. Talked rudely and with arrogance and made assumption saying ‘oh so this is for a overdraft’ when it was about our business and nothing to do with an overdraft. Definitely not welcoming or helpful. Cancelled our Rescheduled appointment (he didn’t have the correct documentation) and we called another firm. Very judgemental approach to us as clients and wouldn’t recommend.

I don't think I would really recommend this place, they didn't have 5 mins listen the case.One of my colleagues who just moved to HB tried to get a lawyer sorted and found a few options in google. Just wanted have a quick chat to make himself comfortable, before making a decision which one to go with ...Brett Conn didnt have 5 mins listen to him.

I have used Langley Twigg for many years and found there service incredible. If my usual lawyer is busy his associates seem to take over and keep in regular contact via phone and email. Every time I have called they have answered my questions. They went above and beyond to meet my legal requirements. I’ve since moved away from there location but will continue to use them as I would ever consider using anyone else.
