One of the couriers (Jayden, I think) dropped something off for us today and was kind enough to help my partner carry some furniture up our stairs after I'd injured myself. So helpful, thank you!

Waiheke Couriers are a pleasure to deal with. Always super helpful and accomodating when making deliveries to my retail business. I would highly recommend them.

I somehow misplaced the keys to my rental car, and had to get replacement keys sent by courier from Auckland. The stress was great, as we needed to pack up our belongings, exit the house, and make a ferry off the island the next afternoon. The people at Waiheke Couriers were amazing. I called after hours to see if they had an update for when my keys would arrive on the island. They not only returned my call, but did some digging to see why it wasn't showing up in their system. They called me the next morning to let me know that they were receiving packages from Auckland at 9am, and would have their guy go through all the items right there at the ferry rather than bring them back to the office. That way, if the keys hadn't arrived, I could follow up asap with my rental car company. Fortunately, they had arrived, and they brought them to me before taking the rest of the packages back to the office. I was able to pack my stuff, and get out of the house in time. Through it all, Dene and Julie were terrific and reassuring. They made a stressful situation a bit more bearable, and came through when I needed them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any matter.
