I would give no stars if possible. Their laminate flooring is not fit for New Zealand weather. If the sun is going to be on the flooring for any portion of the day I would not buy - our brand new floor in our brand new house started lifting and bowing within 3 days - the rep came to view it and confirmed it was not an installation problem, we then got sent a letter telling us that it wasn’t a product problem and we should address our excessive heat and environmental conditions… - i.e. New Zealand summer!! Absolutely ridiculous response.

Irvines Carpets and Flooring NZ, their customer service is appalling, this is from the top down.. Do NOT buy the The Hilton Range of carpets, as this carpet is substandard and NOT fit for purpose..
