Friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Will definitely be revisiting when I encounter any other issues with my vape. Not only did he check it over for me and advise me free of charge but also gave me a quick tutorial of my new parts and how I'm susposed to use it and assemble it correctly.

The customer service here is amazing and I couldn't believe how cheap everything was in comparison to online stores. They have a great range of products and I was being really picky but the person who served me was really patient and attentive. They sold me some V8-T10 coils and banana fruit juice in the morning on 22/6, sorry I didn't get your name but thank you so much for your time! I'll definitely be recommending your store as much I can!

Best store for advice and serviceMy issue with liquid behind the on off button due to overfilling was quickly resolved with their public help service.A bottle of CRC precision CO contact cleaner fixed the problem.Keep up the good work guysPiet

Fantastic place! Im trying to quit smoking and have never tried vapeing before. They could not have been more helpful. They showed me the options they had and explained the pros and cons of each one. No pressure to buy the most expensive or add things I didnt need. Even though they were busy, they took the time to show me how everything worked.

Solid 5 stars, Great people Ben and Sain have extremely good customer service skills and are an exceptional team. I stop in to hoopers vapour everychance i get, Because the atmospher and vibes are absoloutly amazing I strongly reccomend going in there and having a yarn. Friendly group of workers, Mad banter and awesome range. Solid 5/5 from me.
