Top Service, The person I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable with what I needed (a Router) the product he recommended has extended my range and speed brilliantly. After installing i did have a issue with it getting my IP address, after calling Spark and waiting for 50 minutes (Who basically didn't want to know) i called the team at cello who told me how to fix the fault straight away (Which was just a couple simple setting changes)very happy I purchased here as I doubt anywhere else in Dunedin would have had the Hardware knowledge, Technical support and customer service that I received

Best customer service iv ever experienced! The owner went out of his way after hours to get me the the graphics card I needed right before lock down! Very grateful for cello and the role they have in the dunedin gaming community. Super friendly group of people with even friendlier prices. They are the best at what they do in Dunedin. I visited the shop to get my daughter's computer fixed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ragnar Sein served me and through his excellent professional advice and help my daughter got a brand new apple lap top through contents insurance. I can not explain how happy she was. My daughter and myself are very grateful for Ragnar's excellent service.

Excellent products and services for a good price.The staff are also great and highly knowledgeable on anything you may need to ask about your computer.I came here to switch a PC to a new case and have RGB lights installed, they were great and able to easily do this for me, and for a very reasonable price. Also gave me some good advice on an upgrade that I am planning for my PC in the next couple of years.I would recommend them very highly to anyone who needs work done on their PC, or are looking at buying parts, or a completed PC.

Amazing service! They got my laptop back from the dead without having it booked for a service. I noticed their wide range of parts and bought some storage at a good price too.

Went in today looking for a usb-c to usb-c cable. Specifically interested in high data rate cables, in order to work with my Blackmagic Cinema 4K and Samsung T5 SSD. Store owner (I assume) was very helpful and friendly, although they didn't seem to have the cable I need. We looked at alternative solutions, but couldn't really figure something out. However, he moved on to other costumers, leaving me with another employee, just to go through the options once more. This particular employee wasn't as helpful and friendly as the one before. I tried to explain my problem and he told me I wasn't making sense, stating that there is no difference between MegaByte and MegaBit. Made me feel very insecure about my own knowledge, which I didn't appreciate. Ultimately, he found a cable that they have been using in one of their sytems and let me try it. It worked. I asked if they would consider selling it, and he said I could have it for 40$. I looked up the cable online, finding it for 20 (18,99$NZD). Considering it has been used before and I could always order online I asked if 30$ would be okay. He then told me to buy it online and that he doesn't want to sell it to me anyway. Excuse me for asking... All in all, I went out of the store with a pretty average feeling. Therefore, 3 stars.
