Our family was looking to create a customised headstone but were worried it wasn't possible/would be expensive. But Greg and the team were extremely wonderful in working with me and making our vision for the headstone come true. Their prices were also very reasonable.The headstone came out as gorgeous as we had hoped! We are eternally grateful for their hard work.

Affordable stones for whanau wondering and friendly whanau business

This place was fantastic, I was given different options to select from. It was hard at first, trying to deal with someone being in another country as there was no face to face contact for six months, due to us living in Adelaide, Australia...but the minute my partner and I made a decision, it was on. I appreciate the patience this place went through with us. Greg was just brilliant - he gave great customer service in communication, patience and was very trustworthy. He reassured us that he wouldn't rush us and kept us calm while dealing with such sensitive issues. The finishing product for my mum's headstone was just beautiful, she would have loved it herself too. It was everything that was about her. Thank you to Greg and the team at Banks Memorial, we highly recommend you all to anyone that is interested in dealing with such sensitive issues with cost effective packages available.
