Been waiting outside yesterday no one came in after 30 minutes.There doors are always close so you don't really know are they open or close from main road.Id prefer go to shosha link drive or glenfield.

Well went into shosha to buy vape juice and the wonderful girl named Kourtney i believe has the most wonderful customer service! shes lovely definitely coming back!

Absolutely shocking selling faulty products cant stock the correct parts accuseing me of swapping out a brand new mod for old one. Would not recommend this place but the vape shed is great always fantastic product and service there what a shame

It is 3pm on Monday and the sign says that he'll be back after 30 minutes break (not sure from what time though) now I've been waiting outside over 45 minutes and shop still closed,,,, this is stupid and very disappointing customer service,,,wasted my time

Got sent into two different shops after the first saying that each of the next shops would have the peice as it said it was in stock but no. None of the storestl had stock drove a total of 1.5 hours for a piece that didn't fit...

Staff are great! They always have wonderful conversation and are knowledgeable in the products and stock, especially Nathan & Paris.Nathan has helped me find the perfect juices every time and always offers alternatives if they’re out of stock of what I’m after.Would highly consider a raise or promotion as he always goes above and beyond for his customers.5 Stars for the staff.

staff always changing, haf dont know their products apart from their personal vapes with 47 add ons. but the current staff a male and female are legit. terrible company have had to take them to the commernce commission, won and the company still tried to wriggle out of it

Bought a vape from here and it broke after about a month. Replaced after looking at it and finding a fault. Replacement device is also faulty which I found out about after about 6 weeks of use. They're refusing to replace or refund as it's 3 months after the initial purchase, even though the new device they gave me is faulty statint it's no longer under warranty. But this was a brand new device so I'm out $50 due to their faulty products - the guys there even said that product had so many faults that it is no longer made.. hope and pray you don't have to return faulty gear
