have dropped by twice this week, the first time supporting someone with extra needs who needed a new guitar string. they were so helpful and gave us the string for free which was very kind. came back today for some bits for myself, and again they were very chill and helpful. great store!!

While the prices here are a bit higher than other music stores in Wellington the staff here were really friendly and funny and were actually looking to help me out instead of just trying to sell me things I didn't need. Great service, great quality.

The place has a lot of musical instruments to offer, from tambourine to cajon, to drum set, piano,amplifier, electric guitar etc. In different sizes, brand and price. I think you will still find an affordable instrument here even if your budget is tight. I love this place, I will come back for another instrument next time. I'm looking forward buying my cajon.They gave me free guitar strap and offer a help in case I need to change my string here.

I don't go anywhere else for my music gear. The team are always super helpful and aren't judgemental if you're on a low budget. I always get straight-up advice and honest pros and cons on what I'm buying so I can make an informed decision. Plus I always get a great deal.

I don't usually give reviews to music stores but felt I really have to write this one down. Really impressed and blown away by the level of service in this store (been to other music stores in Welly but not so great experience). In fact I haven't experienced that kind of service in any music store I visited in my life, wow! Thanks to Peter for accommodating me when I bought an overdrive pedal. Enjoying my EHX OD now.
