Vinesh is absolutely amazing. I had major problem at my investment property, the waste water drainage got blocked. He came onsite during weekend and did CCTV right away. He found the problem is from Public Drainage. Immediately, he called Watercare and got Watercare team arrive on site in 20 mins. What a great job!

If everyone solved problems this way...I called Vinesh on the morning after heavy rain in Auckland, our house had flooded by so had many other peoples. Turns out calling A1 drains was the best thing we could have done, Vinesh fitted us in same day which was just fantastic, he fixed the problem, and explained how we can prevent it happening again. Next time we get a metservice rain watch, we’ll sleep soundly. Thanks Vinesh, thanks to you a difficult day ended well.

I was so frustrated about my blocked drain the other night as they are all totally blocked, we couldn't use the toilets and shower. We have to live in the hotel for a night.I contacted A1drain, Vinesh showed up in the earlier morning as I asked if he could come earlier to fix the problem. Then here he came like a superman.He even didn't go to the bathroom. He picked the problems straight away, then fixed them with his tools quickly. He was so professional and explained the problems to me.I was so happy he fixed my headache, strongly recommend Vinesh, he could help you very fast.

Vinesh was very responsive to our request for help. He quickly located the problem. He explained what was happening to the drain that was blocked and was able to promptly fix it. He checked all the sinks were working well. Vinesh was very professional and informative about what had happened. He did a very thorough job of clearing the drains and he fixed the pipe. Vinish is the owner of the company and he knows what he's doing! He was quick to answer our callout for blocked sewerage pipe and he came in a few hours and sorted it all out. He gave good recommendations for the future action if it gets blocked again. He made sure to leave the site spotless. Best tradesmen I have ever dealt with.

Vinesh was fantastic. We called him in the morning and he was there in the afternoon. He is very friendly and keeps you informed with what is happening and what he is doing and even shows you what he is doing with some of the awesome tech he has to work with (see picture). He cleared our blockage, showed me on camera where the problem was, fully cleared the pipe of roots and blockages and then showed me the finished job on camera so I could see how cleared it was. He's friendly, great at his job and quoted a fair price. Highly recommended!
