My car glass was broken on their parking lot and my luggage was stolen, they claim that they don't have any responsibility for such matter

Very dimly lit, and very tight to park in. Ceiling was very low indeed. Due to the low light and tight space I backed into a pillar by mistake. The parking ticket machine doesn't scan barcodes well either (it took several minutes before mine scanned)

very unprofessional people over phone, ticketing machine doesn't print the ticket and there is no indication of the parking costs written anywhere to help customers decide whether to park or not to park. There is just one board which say park from $5 and doesn't say the time limit.
