McDonald's Wairau Road
Food was ok. It was served warm to cold and we waited a long time. We wanted it to be brought to the table so we could dine in but they brought it in a bag without a tray. I had taken my elderly parents in and they did not enjoy it. Very disappointing. Every other McDonald's in West Auckland have been fantastic but will never go back to Northshore McDonald's again

If I could rate this lower I would, went through drive through yesterday I was not impressed at all. The operator did not know the menu nor did he know prices tried to charge us double when I questioned it he got an attitude on that was rude and disgusting. I showed him on my calculator the price it should be and still he told me I was wrong and his double price was right. I told him he had food on our order we didn't want and he still argued with me. He said he was right and I was wrong when in actual fact he was very wrong, disrespectful and rude. He should not be in a face to face with customers at all.

Food is the standard offering. The drive through was below par. All vehicles were sent to park and only one poor person was trying to work out and deliver orders for 8 waiting vehicles.

Had Milo serving us through the drive through. What a wonderful young lad, amazing customer service, made me feel appreciated. When we tried to let this lovely young man know of our appreciation, I am afraid he thought we were joking. We thoroughly apologise, we were too excited about his pleasant demeanour. Thank you Milo for serving our cuntry the way it should be.

Waited for over 20mins for 3 sundaes and a McFlurry. Apparently the ice cream machine was too hot at the time and they had to wait for it to cool down. However when we were waiting people were still walking past with sundaes. When we approached the counter, this information was only relayed then. You would’ve thought that an apology would be given or if they had problems with their machine, they would stop orders for ice cream. I immediately asked for a refund. Not impressed! Terrible service, wouldn’t even give a star.

Pretty standard McDonald’s as expected. However the wait can be extremely long in the evening. They seems to prioritise Uber eats orders over customer standing in the restaurant waiting. Many times waited over 15-20 mins for food in the evening. During the day seems to be ok.

Been here a few times already. It's a hit and miss a lot of the time but the last time was good.Food was hot and was made in quickly. The staff were friendly especially the young man that greeted me and was happy to make a few jokes with me.Great service. Maccas food is maccas food. Just love the fact that it was hot and quickly came out. Good work guys. Keep it up.

Worst McDonald in the North Shore and second to that is Glenfield. Waited 45 mins for our order. When I asked how long they kept saying it’s coming up. After 30 mins they kept apologising and saying sorry we’re pretty busy and it’s coming up very soon. 45 mins we asked for refund and asked why it took so long and the front servers said it depends on the team at the back, what ever they make and push to the front that’s what they serve next. What a stupid system. Obviously it’s not working as it’s always super packed inside and drive through. There is always a full team but no one seems to be out cleaning and clearing the rubbish bins.Many hands make light work or nah?? They need a change in their ordering and packing system or maybe managers. Slack!

Poor service through drive-thru. Having to wait for order, only received part order. Spoke to the girls running the order, who were busy hugging friends in the carpark and get a look like I was lying. Told to wait. Wait outside for 15 minutes no order came, so husband went into see what the hold up was. 10 minutes later he comes out with order. Get all the way home and it was incorrect.Thank you Wairau McDonalds.

I rated it a 3 star firstly the food quality. I ordered a chicken burger, expecting to get a largish burger, but what I got was something smaller than the cheese burger, it was also quite expensive (12) secondly, the service was poor, I ordered for my chicken burger and instead I got a cheese burger. What made this even worse, I asked to get it changed, and they didn't. Thirdly, the atmosphere was poor. The workers, when I came in, were taking breaks on the side of the street, vaping. This made everyone who went on feel uncomfortable.
