If you are looking at buying a pellet fire then Eenergy is the place to go. Right from the first day we went into their showroom we have felt welcome and now two years after having the fire installed we feel like we are dealing with friends. Nothing is a problem, they listen and deal with any concerns you have and they have a large amount of knowledge that they will point you in the direction of the right fire for you not how much they can earn off it. When they come out to service your fire they respect your home and clean up after themselves. This company was the best company to deal with out of all the companies that were involved in our house build.

We found the company had helpful, professional staff who ensured we purchased the best heat pump for the area(s) to be heated. It was installed in front of an existing fireplace and they added a metal panel to enhance the appearance and cover a gap. We have been impressed with the ongoing, regular servicing.

We bought our pellet fire from Eenergy, trust them with maintenance, and are now going back to them to discuss adding air conditioning. The reason we keep coming back is because they are so very good to deal with; there are no surprises, only helpfulness and a deep knowledge about how to keep heating systems at their best.
