I made a special trip on my way home this evening from the city to get to this store as it closes at 6pm. Tonight 5.30 the Post shop is closed as person gone home. Person in store said come back tomorrow, she did not know how, to use. I said your website says 6pm, I will not be back tomorrow or any time in the future. No Service, where is customer service again, gone since Covid, no return.

Went in last week to post a package to Ireland. Was told I needed a tarif code. The ladies behind the counter were so unbelievable unhelpful! Would help me find this code or tell me tlhow many digits it was and were so rude about it too. I left very upset. There is no tarif code need to send to ireland (I spoke to someone in Ireland about this) so I went to paper plus eastridge send straight away no problem

In general staff at Paper Plus are lacklustre and act as if you are really putting them out by being there. The postal shop lady (Indian I believe) is their saving grace. If only everyone else was as helpful, efficient and nice as her.

Spoke to someone over the phone who was incredibly rude regarding what time they were closing. Went in and the same woman was even more unpleasant to deal with in person, refused to offer overnight courier for some reason?? And quoted an insane price of $168 for posting a box that I then went to another NZ post and was given $64 price for overnight shipping of the Same item. Really disappointed as she made the experience overall very upsetting and offered minimal assistance
