As a busy massage therapist it is important for me to be able to relax and take some time out to replenish my own mind and body. Helene creates a lovely relationship and has a beautiful space. I have been receiving Manual Lymphatic Drain (MLD) treatment from Helene to assist with recovery from a broken ankle with lots of swelling. Helene has done such an incredible job and I fully recommend her. The swelling is reducing each week and it has also assisted in my walking ability. Thank you Helene.
