After a horrible time with Pascoes service and them leaving my ring broken after resizing it, Michael Hill employees were kind, compassionate, and even repaired it for cheaper than Pascoes quoted me. I will be a loyal Michael Hill customer from now on! The employees here are absolutely lovely and enjoyable to chat with, and they actually care!

I saw that they had a $400 gold bracelet advertised and when I walked in they acknowledged me and carried on talking. For over 30 years I've bought from your stores. Sometimes I browse and sometimes I buy but your indifference is unacceptable!Bad job by you two chatters!
