Ourvets St Albans Veterinary Clinic
Took my cat here. She had an avsess. Went 3 times and had different staff members all 3 times, to which I cannot fault any of them. The reviews I had read on Google had put me off and I was very nervous about going here.I am totally glad I did, the staff were kind and caring and went had me back extra times just to make sure she was okay.So if you are like me and get put off from previous reviews , I can assure you, the staff were lovely and looked uAfter us we'll

Ourvets St Albans Veterinary Clinic
I went early this morning as my cat been transferred from the after hour clinic. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, she went through everything with me and was really nice. Explained very well what will happen etc... It's really reassuring when your cat is so unwell to have nice staff who are there to help you.Really happy that I chose that clinic.

So happy with my experience today. Reception was lovely and attentive. The vet staff were also professional and quick to treat my cat. I was able to pick up my beloved earlier than expected. Instructions of further care were throughly explained and I left very happy with a healthy cat. Many thanks:)

My rating is purely based on Vet Nurse that was involved in my consult today.Nurse Shannon is by far the best Vet Nurse across all three Our Vet sites. Shannon was phenomenal in her engagement, empathy and management skills. Thank you Shannon.

Ourvets St Albans Veterinary Clinic
Very impressed with the service and team at the clinic. Our dog was referred to them for surgery, they took great care of her and have been amazing to work with our insurance company, including allowing insurance to directly pay them when we arent regular clients. Would reccomend them to all, we will be moving our pets to the clinic when their routine checks are next due. Very happy dog and owners!

Reception/nurse when booking the appointment was more interested in the conversation around her that getting my pets details, further calls with receptionists have given the impression they do not care. The vet had no idea why I was there, gave the briefest of examinations on my elderly cat, she seemed more interested in another “more urgent” case that was in the clinic. Would not go back or recommend them.

We used to absolutely love this vet clinic, but our favourite vet left and we feel that everything has gone downhill since. Staff aren't friendly or accommodating at all. After a few bad experiences we are now looking to change vets. Would not recommend.

Used to be a great vet, but seems like all the good staff have left. Turned up for my appointment today which had been confirmed and I had a reminder for and was told 'they don't have it showing'. It's our new system - we're having problem" so obviously they have had ongoing issues.I showed them the confirmation
