CTV Earthquake Memorial Park
If you were in Christchurch for the 2011 earthquakes you know about this site. Watching the building hours after. Knowing people were trapped. Hoping that they could be saved........ So many lives lost. This site has weight, emotions and memories. Now it is a place to remember and reflect. KIAKAHA Christchurch.

About 30 minutes after the February 2011 earthquake, I walked past the collapsed CTV Building. It was a terrible sight.Many people were trapped, 115 people died. 12 years later, still no one has been held responsible for the tragedy.

ニュージーランドで起こった地震の記念碑などが飾られています。たまたま立ち寄ったのですが日本人の菊田さんという方の石碑もあり心が痛みました。ご冥福をお祈りします。日本人の方は行かれてみてください。
