Excellent, highly recommend for comfort, cleanliness, convenience to everything. Super comfy bed and the shower is excellent. Fast wifi so great for a work trip. Lovely owner, friendly and welcoming. Their attention to detail couldn't be better. My new go-to accommodation in Napier.

Where does one start? Absolute bliss! Just the most amazing location and accomodation! VERY clean and modern, quiet and peaceful! Had absolutely everything I needed! The staff were pleasant to deal with and made everything so simplistic! The most comfy place I have ever stayed! Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

Without a doubt it was the best place we stayed while in Hawkes Bay. We were warmly greeted on arrival, And given great advice of good places to eat and drink while in Ahuriri. The room was very comfortable clean and well appointed. My wife and I will be returning to Beach House Studios on our next visit.
