To make sure you're 18 buying these products they also make you send identification in after your first ever purchase, then after that you dont need to identify again because you'll be in their system from then onwards as 18+!

Like their products, they helped my bf quit smoking. But when I placed my 10th order and paid for it, they demanded me to send my ID before dispatching the order. The way they keep private information didn’t make me feel comfortable. It took 2-3 weeks before refunding my $. I gave 3 starts to be fair and balance it out between their products and the 1 star service.

The disposable ones are good flavour but not trusty bought them a couple times now and had two or three that don't stop giving smoke after you stop smoking causing me to run out in less then a day also the refilable ones are terrible lose flavour after one refill.

Amazing customer service always deserves a Google review. A beautiful new store in Porirua with lovely and helpful staff plus really good pricing! Tons of juices available to try & some pretty cool merch as well. I’ve been vaping for 3 years and even I learnt a few new things today! Highly recommended.
